Seeking motivated full or part-time people to help grow this business. Substantial commission only. I will teach everything for free - no catches. I am in the Brooklyn area.Working with Jumbo Mortgage Loans of Properties that are UnderWater/ Negative situation (Owe more to the Bank than the property is worth if Sold today). We work with the Property Owner and Lender to Purchase the Mortgage Note at a 60% discount, then Sell the Property back to the same Owner at 75-80% of the Current Appraised value.Benefit to Owner
